We usually portaged to inland lakes and camped in wilderness campsites. A wooden box over a hole in the ground served as our toilet. We had to hang our food packs in the trees to keep the bears out of our campsites. My kids loved it as much as I did.hettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15090080775748699453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-32402874258352490592013-04-25T07:05:01.552-06:002013-04-25T07:05:01.552-06:00Darling fabric line! As a family we camped (in a tent, though) in virtually every campground on the Washington and Oregon coast. When my son was taking a required Washington state history class in 9th grade many years later, the teacher asked the class how many had ever visited a state or national park. My son and one other kid raised their hands. Both were Boy Scouts. Sad that camping is not as popular as it used to be.pcflamingohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03206688121231793996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-53833909435222255042013-04-25T02:23:33.470-06:002013-04-25T02:23:33.470-06:00I love every line they design...this one included!...I love every line they design...this one included!Sherrihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17947050490192912888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-72653799367408596672013-04-24T12:20:15.073-06:002013-04-24T12:20:15.073-06:00I like cabins, electricity and indoor plumbing.
