We've played a game called left right center and each contribute a fat quarter to the game. You are to bring it in a brown paper bag. Then everyone sits in a circle or 2 depending on how large the group is, with their gift. All the gifts are placed on the floor in the center of the circle. The amount of people are counted up. If there are 25 people then you will have 25 small pieces of paper numbered from 1-25 placed in a basket, hat, or container. Then the 1st person takes a number and so on. Who ever has #1 goes 1st and takes a bag from the middle and opens it and shows it to everyone. The person with #2 goes next and can either take from the middle or take #1's gift. If they take #1's gift they get to take another bag from the middle and show it to everyone. Then #3 goes and can take from either 1 or 2 or from the middle and so on. Once all 25 have gone, then #1 has the opportunity to take a gift from anyone, because she didn't have the opportunity to steal from anyone, she was only allowed to take from the middle. It is really fun to do. Try it!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11515452957964923679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-61312263662346731362008-10-21T17:16:00.000-06:002008-10-21T17:16:00.000-06:00I have only been part of my guild for a short time...I have only been part of my guild for a short time and have had one Christmas with them so far. I really liked that people signed up to decorate a table. It was so fun to see how over the top some of these ladies went with their fancy dishes etc. It made eating at the table extra enjoyable and we each got a little gift. This year they are doing a little gift exchange. If you want to participate you bring a gift. The people that brought a gift will go home with a gift. Should be fun!Trishahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16611836213499849369noreply@blogger.com
