Moving It Forward

I had a bunch of leftover Fig Tree fabrics from recent projects.  So I pulled them from my scrap bins for a new project.
I used my perfect circle applique method and appliqued them to various low volume backgrounds.
Then I quartered them and made these leaf sets.  Now to add some more background and put everything together.
What fun project are you working on?  Let's see what you're moving forward.  Link up and let us cheer you on.

  2. This is such an interesting idea to quarter the circles like that. I've never seen it before. Wonder what you will do with them. :)

  3. Wait, you got the leaf sets by quartering the circles? Or ...? Ok, now I see it ... the quarters have been sewn together. Nifty trick!
