Moving It Forward

This past week I had fun making these baby bow ties.  Each one will finish at 3".  Aren't they so cute?!
You may remember all those times I shared little piles of sparkly wonky stars.  Well I finally have enough for a quilt.  So I started throwing them up on the design wall along with sashing.  I need to cut more sashing but when all is said and done. I'll have eight rows of seven, in a cheerful, funky quilt.
Now that I've shared my play this week.  I want to see what you've been up to.  Link up and share your progress.

  2. Love the bowties! I made a bowtie quilt, it was one of my first quilts back in the 90's! It is one of my favorite quilts to sleep under and it is well used. Your colors are great!
