It may be a strong color like a tone on tone red, it doesn't need to be an oatmealy thing. Perhaps a bright yellow? But make it something that will tie all the loose ends together to make the quilt a cohesive whole. Shop your stash and see what might make the whole thing sing!Vic in NHhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13552281371631960555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-30609261003484761512014-06-25T12:54:41.602-06:002014-06-25T12:54:41.602-06:00Such a happy quilt, love all those bright fun colo...Such a happy quilt, love all those bright fun colors!Juliannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14159201303443543358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-44365518973084100562014-06-25T11:39:25.978-06:002014-06-25T11:39:25.978-06:00II like similar to the daisy borders....continue t...II like similar to the daisy borders....continue to enjoy watching your progress on this quilt! :)Val's Quilting Studiohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09451000559295763123noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3264933645170736932.post-12104220540294950522014-06-25T11:24:28.860-06:002014-06-25T11:24:28.860-06:00Hi, Em, I'm looking at your blog, once in a wh...Hi, Em, I'm looking at your blog, once in a while, but this time I was overwhelmed with this colorful and refreshing expression of this quilt. You ask for a tip for the setting triangles ... I was looking to your quilt for a long time now and I think, perhaps it might be good, replicating the daisy-block such as making a white half square background with one colorful outer border similar the border on the daisy block and with a daisy in it. Oh, I can' t find the right words, I guess. ;S I'm so sorry ... The colorful border should be like an outer border and there is no more colored border around ... I think, this would lighten up the quilt again and create a flowing changeover. I hope I explained reproducible what I mean. ;) If not, please contact me ...
