Moving it Forward

I had a wonderful weekend meeting my hubby's long lost relatives. We were able to meet an aunt, an uncle and a half brother. I'm so happy for my husband he has always wondered about his birth parents and we were able to see pictures and hear stories.  It was all very exciting.
With all the excitement  Monday came very quickly.
But here it is. I pulled a bunch of scraps from my bits bin and started a new project. Is starting something new, moving something forward? I don't know but we are counting it.
I took those bits and started making me a rose garden. I've been playing with layout. This is my favorite so far.
Were you able to move something forward this week? I'd love to see. Link up and share with us.

  9. Oh my goodness, I can't tell you how wonderful I think your roses are. I wish I'd thought of making roses like these! (But maybe I will borrow your idea sometime in the future....)
