Mountain Blossoms

Do you have a layer cake laying around?  Or a bunch of leftovers from ones previously used?  Would you like to find a home for them?  Have I got a quick and easy solution for you.  Mountain Blossoms is a quick and easy play on the disappearing nine patch.
You can find the pattern on Moda Bake Shop today.  It makes a 68 1/2" x 77 1/2" quilt.  I used a Mountain Bloom layer cake.
But you can play with that to make the size you want.

  7. Thank you so much for this pattern. I enjoy making nine patch blocks and have done a couple of quilts using this idea of the Disappearing Nine Patch Block. I had not thought of this layout. Another great idea.
