Home At Last

You may remember this quilt.  It's been sitting in a corner of my sewing room basted and patiently waiting for me to quilt it.  Well, these little orphans will have to wait no more.  I rescued them from the corner earlier this week and got busy stipple quilting it.  I auditioned a couple of bindings, one bright red the other a subtle green.  I went with the green.  I felt it let the blocks shine and didn't compete for attention.
Love this little Plan B quilt, aka a quilt filled with blocks that originally were intended for other purposes but somehow ended up orphans.
