Smash and Dash

The day before Thanksgiving a long awaited purchase arrived in my mailbox.  Ever since I saw the Gelli Plate demoed I knew I wanted one.  I had told my mom it was suppose to arrive and if it did I would bring it with me for the holiday and we could play.  I was thrilled that it arrived on time and we enjoyed hours of play.  Here are a few of my favorites.  I look forward to many more hours of mono printing play.  They even have tutorials on how to do it on fabric.  Oh the possibilities!

In addition to playing with the Gelli Plate I was able to get my Mad Dash pattern up on the website.  This is a freestyle quilt that is tons of fun to make.  I will also be teaching it at Quilt St. George and Panguitch Quilt Walk. (Their website is not up yet.  I'll post the link when it is.)
