Blue Bird Challenge Winner

Thank you to all who participated.  I was able to glean some great ideas on how to use my remaining supply of flour sacks.  I thought Shar's doll was very creative.  I loved Mary's pillow with the pocket for the remote.  Lynn's bag would be so handy.  I really need to make me one of those.  You can never have too many bags, you know.  When I saw Cathy's I thought 'great minds think alike it was so like the idea I had formulating.  Julie's piecing had me in awe.  Thanks also to everyone who voted.  We couldn't have chosen a winner without your help.  And our winner is.... Julie.
Her mariner's star is truly lovely.  Congratulations Julie!  Please send me your snail mail so I can get your prize, a fat eighth pack of 30's prints.

  9. Thanks Em for the Challenge. I had a great time! I want to find some more flour sacks and make some more. I really like the feel of flour sacks. I will have to play with them in a quilt.
