Do you remember all the little spools I made a while back. Well this is what they were for; little mug rugs for my quilt guild board. I made extras also, I just loved them so much and those will go into another project.
I wrapped them up with a Christmas mug, some hot cocoa, and Hershey's hugs and kisses. Had to let my board know how much I love and appreciate all the help this year. I never could have pulled it off with out them.
Then I was overwhelmed by the generosity of my little quilt guild. Martha gave me these sweet little fabric packs. Can't wait to play with these pretties.
I got this little fat quarter journal (three fat quarters wrapped around cardboard, folded to look like a book and tied with pretty ribbon.) A spool of thread with a cute little pincushion. You can never have too many pincushions. And a flying geese ruler. Thank you Vivian, Sue K and Suzy.
Then my most wonderful president elect, Michelle had the ladies each make me these fabulous bright scrappy stars. I am so thrilled with these and can't wait to make something full of wonderful memories and love from these fine ladies.
