A Peek & A Finish

Here is a little sneak peek of what I have been working on. I'm really excited for this. Fishies and jumbo ric rac, how fun is that?
I have finished my first PhD project and DD has put it to good use. My trip around the world doll quilt is finished. Although I was not thrilled with how this turned out. I wish I had paid more attention to value. DD doesn't mind at all. She is thrilled with this doll quilt. And I must admit that her baby looks nice and snug in it.

  8. I just came over from park city girl and I love your style! Scrappy is my favorite and you do it so well.
Is the quilt in your header your own design or is it a pattern? I love the way you used a little bit of white.

  9. I too came from Park City Girl and love your blog. I've wanted to use the giant rik rak but have been afraid that it would just curl up when washed.
