Fat Quarter Monday.

I did it! I am down 1 1/2 pounds. Not as much as I had hoped for but still it is progress. So as promised I have a lovely fabric fat quarter to giveaway. And the lucky winner is.... DRRRRRRRum Rollll #31 better known as Gezina. Gezina if you are out there please contact me so I can get your lovely prize to you. I do not have an email for Gezina , (Please if you know her let her know she has won otherwise I will have to draw another name.) I must get rid of my symbolic fat quarter. Thanks for all your encouragement. It really is helping me not to eat so much. Good to be accountable for my actions. I still have 13 1/2 fat quarters to rid my body of. That means I have 14 lovely fat quarters to giveaway. So once again I am asking for your help. If you leave some words of encouragement I will put your name in the hat and hopefully you can win a good fat quarter. Thanks so much for helping me reach my goal. Have a great day!
Em
